We are delighted to announce that Steve Gaskin, one of the Crime Lab directors has been selected as an associate tutor at The Metropolitan Police Detective Training School. The training is delivered by Anglia Ruskin University
This picture shows when Steve was a student in the Advanced Detective course.
Steve will take new recruits through the rigours of detective training which involves (amongst other training) :-
Law and procedure
Scene preservation
Interviewing techniques
Complex crime investigation
Steve will also introduce police criminal psychology which will help these dedicated investigators.
Steve says "This is such a privilege and pleasure to be able to assist, encourage and supervise young detectives, once more"
At the same time, he has returned to martial arts training. The two are not connected!!
