Wayne Couzens is serving a whole life sentence for murdering 33 year old Sarah Everard.
There are some unanswered questions:-
Why did he do it?
Why did the police vetting procedure not pick up his propensity for murderous behaviour?
Could it happen again?
Surprisingly, very little is known about the reason why Couzens committed thes grotesque offences.

For me there is a very strong corellation between the actions of a criminla psychopath and Couzens
