🔍 Event Description: Step Into the Role of Crime Scene Investigator
Are you obsessed with true crime, forensics, and the rush of solving a case? This is your chance to go beyond the podcast and become the detective.
Join us for a 3-hour fully interactive online experience, hosted by former Scotland Yard detective Steve Gaskin, and featuring special guest Colin Sutton, the senior investigating officer behind some of the UK’s most high-profile murder cases (including the capture of Levi Bellfield).
Using a case based on a real murder investigation, you and your fellow virtual detectives will:
- Examine a virtual crime scene
- Gather and assess forensic evidence
- Take your own fingerprints
- Use criminal psychology to narrow down suspects
- Piece it all together to uncover the truth

- Purchase your ticket through Eventbrite, ensuring you use your correct address for the "CSI Evidence Pack" to be sent to yours 5-7 working days before the event
- 7 days before the event you will receive the Zoom link
- Login to Zoom on the day! The event will open 15 minutes before the start time
- Sit back and enjoy the experience!
Please note packs will only be sent to UK mainland addresses only. If you purchase a ticket with an address that is not the UK mainland you will be charged the same cost, but no pack sent.
When will I receive my CSI Investigators Pack?
Your CSI Pack, including your case file and mini-fingerprint taking kit , will be mailed out approximately 5–7 days before the event. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. UK delivery only.
Do I need any prior knowledge or experience?
Not at all! This experience is designed for true crime fans of all levels—whether you're a seasoned podcast junkie or just curious. Steve and Colin will guide you every step of the way.
What do I need to participate?
You’ll need: A reliable internet connection Zoom installed on your device Your mailed CSI Pack A pen and paper for notes (optional, but helpful!)
Is this event suitable for groups or solo?
Absolutely! Whether you’re flying solo, joining with a friend, or making it a full detective squad night, the format is flexible and interactive for all setups. One ticket = one CSI Pack.
Will the session be recorded or available to watch
To preserve the integrity and interactivity of the experience, this event is live only and won’t be recorded. Be sure to log in on time so you don’t miss any clues!
When will I receive the Zoom link?
You will receive this 1 week before the event, to the email address you used to purchase your ticket.
Will I be on camera or can others hear me?
No - cameras and microphones will be disabled for the duration of the event!
Can I ask questions?
Our VIP tickets include an exclusive 20 minute post-event session with Steve Gaskin & Colin Sutton. This exclusive after-party event is limited to just 15 people. You will be given another Zoom link to access where you may have your camera and audio on. This will take place 10:05-10:30pm on the day.
